Authors retain copyright in their published works and grant the Revista Eletrônica Estudos Hegelianos the right of first publication.

All articles published by the journal are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, third parties may share, copy, distribute, adapt, and use the material for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given and the original publication in the REH is acknowledged.

Authors may reproduce, distribute, deposit in institutional or subject repositories, and republish their work elsewhere, provided that the original publication in the journal is clearly acknowledged.
