Hegel y la confrontación entre la Ilustración francesa y alemana

Abstract

This paper analyses Hegel’s treatment of the Enlightenment in the Encyclopedia, in the Phenomenology of spirit, in the Lectures on philosophy of history and in the Lectures on history of philosophy. I intend to show that Hegel presents two different conceptions of the Enlightenment and that is because he is thinking of two different phenomena: in the Encyclopedia, he deals with German Enlightenment; in the Phenomenology, with French Enlightenment.
