A pobreza nas Linhas fundamentais da filosofia do direito de Hegel: compreensão e soluções
Abstract
ABSTRACT: Poverty receives special consideration from Hegel in his Philosophy of Right, in the section dedicated to the ethical life, and within it, in the moment of Civil Society. Yet, it is an issue that occupied the young Hegel and was understood by him as one that must be faced and solved. Therefore, it is the aim of this article to present Hegel’s understanding of poverty and how he identifies it. To this end, it is necessary to consider briefly why Hegel gives attention to such issue, what he regards as a solution for his own time, showing its possibilities and limits. Finally, I will suggest (without developing this claim in detail) that a lasting solution for poverty can only be found in the State.
